It can also further reduce the surface tension and interfacial tension of the surfactant solution, serving as a washing aid. Used as a rust remover in mechanical processing. Used as a dispersant and emulsifier in chemical production. It can also be used as a water treatment agent as a water softener, oil drilling, and other aspects.

Usage in food
As a quality improver, emulsifier, buffer, chelating agent, etc. in the food industry. 1. As a food quality improver, pH regulator, metal ion chelating agent, emulsifying dispersant, adhesive, etc. in the food industry, it is mainly used in meat and aquatic processing to improve pH value and water holding capacity, maintain fresh and tender meat, stabilize natural pigments, and prevent fat spoilage; 2. Used to enhance the processing performance of noodles and improve the quality of noodles; 3. Used as a quality improver for canned goods, fruit juice beverages, and dairy products; 4.
