Description:

Citric acid monohydrate appears as a colorless crystalline or white crystalline powder with a density of 1.54. Melting point 135-152 ℃. Flash point 173.9 ℃. Water solubility 1630 g/L (20 ℃).Easy to dissolve in methanol and water, sourced from black plums, sweet oranges, and lemon juice.

Application：
